Background:We have been providing web hosting solutions since 1999. At the time our company did not provide hosting services so we were forced to refer our clients to other companies. The level of service that our clients received was not up to our standards, so in 2002 we began offering a superior hosting service to our clients. The support and reliability we offer has proven to be the key factor in our ability to be a competitive force in the ever growing hosting market.
High-end servers, low number of customers per server, and 50% less fat
Our current hosting philosophy is based on guaranteed performance. While other hosts may try to cram as many accounts as possible on shared servers, we have used our years of experience and the technical analysis performed by our technical gurus to determine exactly how many accounts we should be putting on any given server. In addition, we are continually upgrading our hardware platforms to be among the best in the industry.
Each top-of-the-line server we now use could easily handle an insane number of clients, but we still keep the numbers low. It helps us sleep easier at night.
We have no hidden fees.
We don't sell our services on gimmicks, trendy offerings or misleading information. We pride ourselves on offering no-nonsense high-quality web hosting with unique features you won't find anywhere else.You will receive all the features you pay for, and they will all work. The amount you see on your invoice will be the amount you will be billed.
If your server isn't available for the guaranteed amount of the time within a given month, we will give you a pro-rated credit for the time.
While we rarely have server issues that result in downtime, we admit that short lapses in service can happen. When they do, you shouldn't have to pay. Which is why we drafted our unique 99.9% Uptime Guarantee. Many hosts offer "uptime guarantees" but make no mention of what happens if they don't meet their posted uptime figure. We stand behind our network reliability by offering you a pro-rated credit for any downtime outside of our guaranteed window.
Please note that this guarantee applies only to unscheduled outages. Occasional planned server/network maintenance may be necessary. In all but the most urgent cases, we will send out an email notifying customers of maintenance that is to be performed. When notice is sent at least two hours prior to service interruption, the outage does not qualify for our uptime guarantee.
Service credits are calculated as follows:
100% - 99.9% uptime : No credit
99.9% - 99.5% uptime : 5% credit
99.5% - 99% uptime : 10% credit
99% - 98% uptime : 15% credit
98% - 95% uptime : 25% credit
Less than 95% uptime : 100% credit
